CONSIDERING AN HISTORIC HOME?

We have many great choices of turn-of-the-century homes for sale in our Northern New Jersey hometowns. Many have been beautifully restored with modern conveniences. Others await the touch of someone to retain the classic features and quality details.

There are even older homes that also come on the market. There are homes from the 1800's, and even some from the 1700's, that have been continuously lived in and taken care of.

GREAT NEWS!

Passaic River Coalition Buys and Will Preserve Historic Willow Hall in Morristown for their Headquarters and Offices!

After nearly six years on the market, Morristown's historic Willow Hall has been sold to an environmental nonprofit that has promised not to make any major renovations to the Gothic mansion.

The Passaic River Coalition signed a $1.9 million sales contract with the owner of the 6.5-acre tract on Speedwell Avenue, both sides confirmed yesterday. If all goes well, the deal could mark the end of a battle between local officials and preservationists over the future of the property, which is designated one of the county's 10 most endangered historic sites.
